CSI PRESIDENT MAYA WILEY PRESENTS AT HEARING ON RACE AND JUSTICE IN AMERICA FOR DEMOCRATIC STEERING & POLICY COMMITTEE
Washington, D.C – CSI Founder and President Maya Wiley will present at a hearing entitled “A Conversation on Race and Justice in America” which will be hosted by the House Democratic Steering & Policy Committee at the request of the Congressional Black Caucus. Wiley will testify, in the wake of the verdict in the George Zimmerman acquittal, about how our public discourse and policies on race must be informed by mind science on implicit bias. She will share CSI’s recommendations to build a more cohesive, opportunity-rich country for everyone, including communities of color.
